Battery Control Module (BCM) - NiMH and PbA BCM are identical except for the software. They can both be flash programmed with either algorithm and are then interchangeable.

Contactor Box Assembly (CBA) - PbA CBA are good for both PbA and NiMH. NiMH CBA don’t have the  pack heater control components required by the PbA. (Note: The NiMH part can still be used for PbA, but the battery heaters are disabled.)

Independent Observer Module (IOM) - NiMH only

A/C Compressor/AC Power Box - Some early trucks had A/C Compressors wired directly to the AC Power Box. Later trucks had plug in connectors. The components from the two systems are not interchangeable.

Battery Enclosure - NiMH and PbA enclosures are different, but the PbA enclosure can be converted to be compatible with NiMH by installing fans and grills.

DC/DC Converter - Interchangeable

On-board Charger - Interchangeable

Power Steering Pump - Interchangeable

Power Brake Vacuum Pump - Interchangeable

Water Pump - Interchangeable

Battery Charger - Interchangeable

PTC Heater Switch - Interchangeable

Motor - Interchangeable

Traction Control Module (TIM) - Interchangeable

Interface Adapter Assembly (IAA) - Interchangeable
